Mr. Gagnier has worked in real estate development and as a development consultant to elderly and special needs housing projects since 1980.  His resume reflects multifamily housing projects completed with the HUD and FHA financing programs of Section 202, Section 811, Section 221 and Section 232/223(f), HOME and McKinney.  Mr. Gagnier's work in federal programs continues along with various state and local financing instruments.  Mr. Gagnier has personally been involved in the development of more than 90 housing projects around the country.   He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. 

Mr. Dhamodharan has extensive experience in the elderly housing industry, specifically in the area of developing assisted living in subsidized senior housing and other senior residential settings.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as the Director of Housing and Supportive Services at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs.  Under his direction the Executive Office of Elder Affairs developed a successful affordable assisted living model in existing senior housing sitesand received the John Gunter Blue Ribbon "Best Practice" award from the Department of Housing and Urban Development for developing this successful national model of affordable assisted living.  In addition, Mr. Dhamodharan was instrumental in both promoting assisted living legislation and developing assisted living regulations, which helped foster the growth of the assisted living industry in Massachusetts.  He is a graduate of Stonehill College and Boston College Graduate School of Social Work.

Since Joseph Wojtowicz joined Gagnier, Hicks Associates in 1993, he has aided our clients in the creation of more than 60 multifamily housing projects for the elderly and special needs populations.  He is primarily responsible for meeting GHA's management information systems and operational needs. Mr. Wojtowicz is a graduate of Syracuse University (B.S.) in Syracuse, New York.
